How to: mix two ounces of the pantry flu buster with 6 oz of very hot water. Consume 3-4 cups per day during a bout with the flu. Or 1-2 cups during flu season to boost immune systems and guard mucous membranes from airborne germs. If necessary | depending on the desired intensity, you can adjust the ratio of juice to water.
